Online abuse has become a more intense issue than before. RIPE NCC offers some tools that help address online abuse, but there are some basic steps to take in this situation. For instance, the first measure is to track down the Internet Protocol address that perhaps plays a part in the abuse. That said, even if the Internet Protocol address of the offender gets blocked, they could change the address and make another social media account. Therefore, while outlining these steps, RIPE NCC discusses reporting the issue to law enforcement.
